Language Partners BC creates free language exchange programs that bring language learners together face-to-face to improve language skills, you will find a big group of native Chinese speakers and Chinese language learners. The programs also provide an opportunity for individuals to develop their leadership and facilitation skills. Please click the icon to learn more.

The UBC tandem Language Learning Program is a free initiative, in which participants that wish to improve their conversational fluency in a language are matched with a partner who speaks this language fluently, and at the same time wants to improve in the language the first person speaks. It is a program designed to build community through additional language acquisition, foster intercultural communication, and enhance cross-cultural understanding on campus.

HSK Registeration
The new HSK exam and YCT exam are standardized Chinese Language Proficiency tests. The tests emphasize communication skills, learning skills and working skills of students whose Chinese is an additional language.
